What's New with Walker

In 2004 Walker went to the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and was subsequently hired as a Receptionist and Sale’s Assistant at Long Island Radio Broadcasting, Inc.. (The cluster of stations included 92.9 WEHM, 96.7 WHBE, 101.7 The BEAT and 102.5 WBAZ Lite On The Bays.) After two months of answering phones, he went on the air as a weekend and midday fill-in jock on 92.9 WEHM. In 2005 he became Program Director and Morning Show Host of 96.7 WHBE, and News Director for all four stations. He also worked in Production and as a Copywriter on numerous advertising campaigns. Walker then went on to work for Cumulus Media in New York and Connecticut, filling in for air personalities on WFAS (in Westchester, NY), Y105 (in Danbury, CT) and WEBE 108 (in Bridgeport, CT.) Walker is currently the host of 'BAZ in the Morning on 102.5 WBAZ .
